They can be tailored to any ability from beginner to advanced, offering variety to every session ensuring all your needs are covered.
You will benefit from experienced and talented coaches that between them have over 30 years’ experience. They are all highly motivated and super passionate about helping each and every member achieve their goals so they feel both mentally and physically confident in their lives.
BUILD.
Building your solid foundations and structure. This Is where we tone, sculpt and build the body you’ve always wanted and you deserve. Working through the big movement patterns Hinge, Squat, Pull, Push.
You'll learn the correct technique when performing exercises to maximise muscle power, strength and engagement. You will lift weights and challenge your body weight strength through gymnastic rings.
These sessions are built for anyone at any level, where every rep is performed with perfect technique to maximise results and prevent injuries.
BURN
This session is all about focusing on working in heart rate zones 4/5 calling on your anaerobic system to do the work. This will help to improve speed, power and endurance. You'll also benefit from an elevated metabolism meaning you will burn calories even after your workout. These sessions will to build efficiency, help to build muscle and bone mass along with being an excellent addition to your Hyrox training.
These 90min sessions have all been carefully designed, tried and tested to make sure you will achieve your goal of completing/ competing at your 1st Hyrox race. The ultimate functional fitness race, that is for everyone.
The sessions will cover everything you need to build that body and engine needed for Hyrox. We will coach you through working on your aerobic engine which is vital for such an event. Along with covering anaerobic and lactate threshold training, and muscular endurance. There will by Hyrox simulations and testers to see where you are at with your journey, which helps the coaches to see where your strong and what may need improving to help you hit that PB, podium finish, or world championship qualification.
These are also the sessions where your mental resilience gets built!
