If you suffer with anxiety, stress, procrastination, depression then these sessions can help to relieve some of these symptoms and help aid your recovery journey through the endorphin rush you get from being in the cage.

A huge benefit of neuro-cognitive training such as the CogniCage is that it can help to rebuild or create new neuro pathways. These are routes that nerve impulses follow through the nervous system. They are formed by interconnected neurons, creating communication channels between different parts of the brain and body (mind to muscle connection) Repeated use strengthens these pathways contributing to learning, memory, movement and various cognitive function. So when it comes to neurological illness’s such as cerebral palsy it can be a great aid in helping to fire muscle connections up to allow them to build strength.
